<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Team Manager to join its client’s LD & Autism team, based at Blackpool.</span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What will your responsibilities be?</span></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you will:</span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee day‑to‑day workflow across the LD & Autism team, providing supervision, case direction, and quality assurance to ensure statutory duties, safeguarding thresholds, and Care Act responsibilities are consistently met</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead on complex, high‑risk, or escalated cases involving adults with learning disabilities and autism, offering professional guidance, chairing MDT discussions, and ensuring robust risk management, person‑centred planning, and legal compliance</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive service improvement through performance monitoring, audit activity, and practice development, embedding strengths‑based approaches and working collaboratively with health, commissioning, and provider partners</span></li>
</ul>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications & Experience:</span></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">To be successful in this role, you must have:</span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Social Work England registration</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Eligibility to work in the UK</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A full UK driving licence</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Significant post‑qualified experience within Learning Disability and/or Autism services</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supervising staff and managing complex casework</span></li>
</ul>
