In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in <strong data-start="324" data-end="355">derivatives and OTC trading</strong>, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and facilitating seamless transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients on <strong data-start="516" data-end="603">ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives documentation</strong>, shaping legal strategies and supporting global trading operations. This is an existing vacancy.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="730" data-end="949">Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating <strong data-start="767" data-end="946">ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Master Confirmation Agreements, Term Commitment Agreements, Account Control Agreements, and other derivatives trading documents</strong>.</li> <li data-start="952" data-end="1062">Providing legal guidance on <strong data-start="980" data-end="1059">derivatives transactions, collateral management, and OTC trading compliance</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1065" data-end="1214">Collaborating with <strong data-start="1084" data-end="1152">trading desks, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams</strong> on <strong data-start="1156" data-end="1211">derivatives transactions and regulatory initiatives</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1217" data-end="1332">Managing <strong data-start="1226" data-end="1264">legal, risk, and compliance issues</strong> for clients in the <strong data-start="1284" data-end="1329">derivatives and financial services sector</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1335" data-end="1453">Staying ahead of <strong data-start="1352" data-end="1421">industry trends, regulatory changes, and global derivatives rules</strong> to provide proactive counsel.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1477" data-end="1581"> <p data-start="1479" data-end="1581"><strong data-start="1479" data-end="1491">2+ years</strong> of experience in <strong data-start="1509" data-end="1578">derivatives, capital markets, or trading documentation legal work</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1582" data-end="1671"> <p data-start="1584" data-end="1671">Strong knowledge of <strong data-start="1604" data-end="1668">ISDA agreements, CSA, and global OTC derivatives regulations</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1672" data-end="1775"> <p data-start="1674" data-end="1775">Proven track record of advising clients on <strong data-start="1717" data-end="1772">derivatives documentation and regulatory compliance</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1776" data-end="1857"> <p data-start="1778" data-end="1857">Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li data-start="1858" data-end="1954"> <p data-start="1860" data-end="1954"><strong data-start="1860" data-end="1881">Juris Doctor (JD)</strong> degree and licensed to practice law.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1982" data-end="2106">Experience with <strong data-start="1998" data-end="2103">prime brokerage documentation, account control agreements, and regulatory initial margin requirements</strong>.</li> <li data-start="2109" data-end="2245">Familiarity with <strong data-start="2126" data-end="2166">cross-border derivatives regulations</strong> including <strong data-start="2177" data-end="2242">U.S. Dodd-Frank, EMIR, UK, Canadian, and Singapore frameworks</strong>.</li> <li data-start="2248" data-end="2327">Comfortable supporting <strong data-start="2271" data-end="2324">global trading operations and multiple time zones</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation:</strong></h3> <p>The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.&nbsp; Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.</p> <h3><strong>About Axiom:</strong></h3> <p>For over 25 years, Axiom has pioneered the alternative legal services industry, now serving more than 1,500 legal departments globally with our unique blend of world-class legal talent and advanced AI tools, delivering innovative solutions ranging from that combine top-tier talent with cutting-edge technology.
