<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Re-Bath is seeking a driven and customer-focused Design Consultant to join our Charlotte team. This is a high-impact, in-home sales role where you'll guide homeowners through the remodeling process, from design to close—using our proven system, premium products, and company-provided leads.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.</li>
<li>Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations.</li>
<li>Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close.</li>
<li>Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems.</li>
<li>Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process.</li>
<li>Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Proven success in sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred).</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.</li>
<li>Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and design/pricing tools.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>

<li>Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales.</li>
<li>Previous experience in in-home consultation or design-based sales roles.</li>
<li>Success working in commission-based sales environments.</li>
