This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate design processes for complex Mission Critical commercial projects.</li> <li>Facilitate integration between design and construction teams.</li> <li>Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, especially MEP disciplines.</li> <li>Conduct cross-discipline design quality reviews.</li> <li>Assess design document status by phase and project needs.</li> <li>Identify and address design and engineering challenges.</li> <li>Collaborate with owners, designers, engineers, and subcontractors for issue resolution.</li> <li>Manage deadlines, maintain files, and provide reporting.</li> <li>Coach and mentor junior associates.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.</li> <li>5–8+ years of experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction position.</li> <li>Experience managing complex Mission Critical commercial projects.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Strong ethical standards and ability to have difficult conversations professionally.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and independently.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Data Center and Mission Critical facilities.</li> <li>Experience with contract documents and various project delivery methods.</li> <li>Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.</li> <li>Ability to innovate and adapt to new technology.</li> <li>Open to additional responsibilities as the role and department evolve.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
