As part of the NPI Team you will be involved in many design phases, processes and design quality. &nbsp;You will also be involved in R&amp;D activities, new product development and anything else along the path of developing and efficiently designing the aircraft.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Produce 3D and 2D Aircraft level drawings, ICDs and Skeletons</li> <li>Review detail design, installations and interfaces</li> <li>Develop concepts and implement solutions for different structural interfaces / joints</li> <li>Support and implement solutions for special projects (RND)</li> <li>Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Procurement</li> <li>Participate in design reviews</li> <li>Support first article inspections</li> <li>Support conformity and certification activities</li> <li>Troubleshoot engineering and manufacturing issues</li> </ul> <div><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul> <li>All around good person and fun to work with</li> <li>At least a Bachelor’s degree or Technologist level in either Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years aerospace experience</li> <li>Strong knowledge of industry specifications and processes</li> <li>Experience with Catia, 3Dexperience and other CAD</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and outside the box thinker</li> <li>Enjoys coaching and teaching and has solid collaborative skills</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Proficient at learning new tools and new software</li> <li>A passion for all that is aerospace</li> </ul> <div><strong>Above and Beyond Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Knowledge of electrical systems is an asset</li> <li>Experience in product development and supporting certification is an asset</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role.
