This role is a liaison between Product Design, Engineering, and Partnerships teams, promoting cross-functional communication and collaboration. This position also manages product pilots and qualitative research schedules.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate is able to effortlessly manage multiple product work streams, competing priorities, and able to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment while keeping all design deliverables on track.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Might Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with a product lead to define scope, develop roadmaps, and prioritize product design deliverables</li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering Project Managers to develop design project schedules, coordinating and tracking designer activity to ensure timely delivery</li> <li>Support a hybrid creative project management methodology in tandem with an Agile software development approach, moving with ease between organizational systems</li> <li>Manage product qualitative research schedules, product pilots, schedules and implementation</li> <li>Motivate the team enthusiastically, promoting a deep sense of individual belonging and a culture of inclusivity</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of in-house experience managing projects of multidisciplinary creative teams</li> <li>4+ experience in consumer electronics, software design, digital media project management</li> <li>Experience working with teams engaging in qualitative research&nbsp;</li> <li>Background in visual art, art education, hardware or product design</li> <li>PMP Certification or coursework in project management</li> <li>Experience in new product development from ideation to launch</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Quick and eager to learn new platforms and tools for task and asset management</li> <li>Proactive, self-motivated, reflective</li> <li>Asana proficiency</li> <li>Familiarity with JIRA</li> <li>Clear, direct, effective communicator</li> <li>Empathetic and intuitive collaborator</li> <li>Excellent verbal communication marked with empathy and the emotional intelligence to connect with, relate to, and respect diverse collaborator</li> <li>Excellent written communication, marked with a balance of warmth and precision, reflecting the appropriate tone for each situation</li> </ul> <p>Salary: $160,000- $200,000</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits (Full-Time Employees)<br></strong></p> <p>The salary range for this role is listed above.
