You will provide a "white-glove" support experience, moving beyond reactive troubleshooting to become a proactive extension of your customers' engineering teams. By mastering the Everpure™ Platform, you will ensure the stability of large-scale Kubernetes deployments across hybrid clouds, bridging the gap between customer success and internal R&amp;D. Your mission is to foster deep technical trust, ensuring that our key partners maximize the reliability and performance of their mission-critical data services.</p> <h4 data-path-to-node="3">WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="4,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Drive Strategic Customer Success:</strong> Serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated accounts, providing proactive monitoring and high-touch engagement to prevent issues before they impact production.</li> <li data-path-to-node="4,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lead Complex Incident Resolution:</strong> Take end-to-end ownership of critical incidents in large-scale deployments, performing deep-dive analysis across the full software stack to ensure rapid restoration of services.</li> <li data-path-to-node="4,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Accelerate Engineering Innovation:</strong> Collaborate directly with escalation and development teams to reproduce complex bugs and analyze system logs, ensuring customer feedback directly influences product reliability and usability.</li> <li data-path-to-node="4,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Guide Deployment Lifecycle:</strong> Partner with customers through every phase—from pre-sales POCs and onboarding to production scaling—applying best practices to secure and optimize Kubernetes clusters.</li> <li><strong data-path-to-node="4,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Codify Best Practices:</strong> Translate unique customer challenges into scalable solutions by authoring internal and external KB articles and leading knowledge-sharing sessions to improve the overall resilience of the Portworx® ecosystem.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="0">WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor’s Degree</strong> in a technical field or equivalent experience.</li> <li><strong>Experience: </strong>Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical support, with experience in designated or specialized support for critical accounts.</li> <li><strong>Expertise in Kubernetes:</strong> Proven experience in deploying, managing and securing Kubernetes production clusters.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Experience working with various Kubernetes distributions such as</strong>: Tanzu, Openshift Container Platform, Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS), Rancher Kubernetes Engine (RKE), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), etc.</li> <li><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Kubernetes &amp; Container Mastery:</strong> Extensive experience deploying, securing, and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters across diverse distributions, including OpenShift, Tanzu, EKS, RKE, or GKE.</li> <li><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Advanced Systems &amp; Storage Expertise:</strong> Deep proficiency in Linux operating systems with a specialized focus on storage components, enabling you to independently troubleshoot complex data-layer issues.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Hybrid Cloud Fluency:</strong> Hands-on experience architecting and supporting solutions across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization platforms like vSphere.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Technical Partnership:</strong> Proven ability to manage high-stakes customer relationships, leveraging strong communication skills to navigate escalations and align technical solutions with business outcomes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;#LI-REMOTE</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
