We are </span><strong>GoFasti, </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">a Talent-as-a-Service. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe. </span></p></div><p>We need an English-fluent <strong>Mid Level- Designer and Packaging Branding</strong>, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.<br><br>We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own design for assigned fragrance collections and brand systems across SKUs, sizes, and substrates (with guidance from Sr/AD as needed).</li> <li>Build distinct visual territories: color palettes, typography, finishes, pattern/illustration, iconography, and layout rules.</li> <li>Show real stylistic range—luxury, masstige, mass, clean/clinical, vintage apothecary, Y2K/Gen Z, gender-neutral, holiday/gifting, collab/celebrity.</li> <li>Translate trends and cultural signals into commercially strong, retailer-ready designs with clear hierarchy and shopability.</li> <li>Create on-pack architecture (brand, line, variant, claims, regulatory) that balances beauty with clarity.</li> <li>Design comps and mockups that sell the story: on-pack, secondary, merchandising, e-comm thumbnails/PDP, and simple POS.</li> <li>Build concise style guides/toolkits that scale—logo usage, type systems, color logic, finishes, and layout patterns.</li> <li>Use finishes and materials as part of the design language (foil, emboss/deboss, soft-touch, textures) with cost tiers in mind.</li> <li>Run fast exploration: mood boards, type studies, palette/finish options, quick A/B shelf and thumbnail tests.</li> <li>Present crisp rationale tied to consumer, retailer, and price tier; iterate quickly based on feedback without losing craft.</li> <li>Conduct competitive scans and trend maps to position collections distinctly.</li> <li>Design in-store merchandising displays per retailer and brand requirements.</li> <li>Partner with Product Development, Compliance, Packaging Engineering, and Creative to ensure manufacturability; annotate design intent and provide build notes (not primary on mechanicals).</li> <li>Prepare clean handoffs: organized files, naming, links, and spec notes so production/prepress can move fast.</li> <li>QA your work: hierarchy, legibility, color calls, dieline fit; support key proof reviews for creativeintent.</li> <li>Share best practices with peers/juniors; contribute to libraries, templates, and checklists.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related; or equivalent experience.</li> <li>3+&nbsp;years in packaging and brand design (CPG/beauty/fragrance or adjacent), ideally with mass/private label experience.</li> <li>Strong visual craft: typography, composition, hierarchy, and color systems; portfolio shows breadth across aesthetics and depth of refinement.</li> <li>Proven ability to turn direction into distinctive, scalable on-pack systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Clear presenter and storyteller; can defend choices with consumer and commercial logic.</li> <li>Collaborative, organized, and reliable under deadlines.</li> <li>Working knowledge of print/production to design.</li> <li>Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (expert).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Figma or Keynote/PowerPoint for guidelines and sell-in.</li> <li>3D familiarity (KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Adobe Substance/Dimension) for believable.
