You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage projects with rigor, and produce work that doesn't just look great but moves the business forward.</p> <p>You bring broad design experience across multiple disciplines, a clear specialization, and the organizational skills to lead projects from brief to delivery without missing a beat.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop high-quality brand concepts across multiple formats, ensuring consistency with Adyen's brand guidelines and strategic goals.</li> <li>Strategically elevate Adyen's visual identity across platforms, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence.</li> <li>Bring a strong point of view to concept development, with meticulous attention to craft — from typography and layout to final execution.</li> <li>Use visual storytelling to create designs that resonate with audiences and communicate Adyen's brand narrative with clarity and impact.</li> <li>Present and advocate for creative decisions with stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and strategy to build alignment.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy, business objectives, and consumer insights into effective creative solutions.</li> <li>Manage and direct freelancers and creative agencies, providing clear creative briefs, feedback, and oversight to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.</li> <li>Proactively identify and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear guidance and updates to keep teams aligned and on track.</li> <li>Lead the end-to-end creative execution of events, from concept development and environmental design to on-site production, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you are:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of professional design experience, whether in-house, freelance, or agency.</li> <li>A strong portfolio showcasing high-craft work with measurable impact across digital and print.</li> <li>High proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and Framer, with a working knowledge of AI tools to enhance creative ideation and production efficiency.</li> <li>Experience managing and directing external agencies and freelancers.</li> <li>A collaborative approach and team-first mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>The drive to self-start, own projects end-to-end, and deliver against deadlines — while staying open to iteration and feedback.</li> <li>Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal.</li> <li>Flexibility for occasional domestic and international travel.</li> </ul> <p>The base salary range for this role is $165,000-$195,000 to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click<a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/11U2tgFev7p271JMQWMApZjtpJ3pGHNES7EvscXnsH3k/edit?usp=sharing"> here</a>.</p> <p><strong>Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
