Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results. </div>Role: Senior Designer  Location: Chicago   About the role:  As a Senior Designer, you'll lead design projects from brief to final delivery — setting a high standard of creative output and bringing a confident point of view to every piece of work. You'll collaborate closely with creative and account partners, translating complex briefs into polished, on-brand visual solutions across a broad range of formats and channels. Beyond your own output, you'll contribute to raising the quality bar across the team, support junior designers where needed, and help evolve studio workflows and design systems. This role suits someone with deep craft skills, strong creative instincts, and the maturity to work with autonomy across a fast-moving, high-volume account.    What you will be doing:  <ul> <li>Lead design across a broad range of formats and channels including campaign, print, digital, social media, packaging, brand identity, performance media, display banners, and email campaigns</li> <li>Translate complex creative briefs into compelling, on-brand visual solutions at pace and to a consistently high standard</li> <li>Set and uphold quality standards across design output — reviewing work with a critical eye and advocating for craft excellence</li> <li>Build and adapt assets for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms — including paid social and programmatic display</li> <li>Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and manage design files to a production-ready standard</li> <li>Build and adapt performance media and banner creative using Celtra or equivalent tools</li> <li>Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and others to deliver integrated creative work</li> <li>Support and guide junior designers, providing constructive creative feedback and sharing knowledge</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and communicating progress clearly</li> <li>Drive the continuous improvement of design templates, workflows, and brand asset libraries</li> <li>Support the wider creative team with video editing tasks where required  </li> </ul>   What you need to be great in this role:  <ul> <li>Advanced design craft across brand, digital, social, print, email, and campaign formats</li> <li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma</li> <li>Proven experience designing performance media, display banners, and email campaigns, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement across paid and owned channels</li> <li>Ability to lead design projects independently, from brief through to final delivery</li> <li>Strong creative judgment — able to push ideas while staying true to brand and brief</li> <li>Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers, with a collaborative and constructive approach to feedback</li> <li>Ability to adapt creative across multiple formats, sizes, and platforms efficiently and without compromising quality</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high standard of output</li> <li>Clear, confident communication with creative and non-creative stakeholders</li> <li>Experience with Celtra or similar banner build tools is a plus</li> <li>Video editing skills are a plus — familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects welcomed</li> <li>A portfolio demonstrating senior-level design work across brand, digital, campaign, and performance formats  </li> </ul> <h6 style="text-align: right;">Req ID: 17834</h6> <h6 style="text-align: right;">#LI-JW1 #LI-MIDSENIOR</h6><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range according to what's stated below. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
