<p>This role is perfect for a talented individual who can independently manage and execute a wide range of creative projects, ensuring visual excellence and brand consistency across all touchpoints. While not a managerial position, this role requires a high degree of ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to confidently deliver high-quality, impactful creative work that resonates with our audience. You will be a key contributor, shaping our visual narrative and elevating our brand presence, including for our prominent F&B client portfolio.</p>

<p><strong>Independent Creative Execution:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Independently conceptualize, design, and deliver a diverse range of creative assets for both digital and print platforms, including but not limited to: marketing campaigns, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, brochures, event collateral, and internal communications, <strong>particularly for our key client in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector.</strong></li>
<li>Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into visually compelling and effective design solutions that meet project goals.</li>
<li>Manage multiple design projects concurrently, taking full ownership from brief to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Brand Guardianship & Visual Excellence:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to existing brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color, imagery, and overall visual language across all outputs.</li>
<li>Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and elevate the brand's visual identity within established parameters.</li>
<li>Prepare production-ready files with meticulous attention to detail for various digital (web, social) and print (offset, digital) specifications.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration & Communication:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate effectively with Marketing Managers, Content Writers, Product Teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.</li>
<li>Confidently present design concepts and rationale to internal teams, articulate creative decisions, and incorporate feedback constructively.</li>
<li>Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, contributing fresh ideas and insights.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Problem-Solving & Innovation:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively identify and address design challenges, proposing creative and effective solutions.</li>
<li>Stay informed about current design trends, industry best practices, and new design tools/technologies, seeking opportunities to integrate them into our workflow.</li>
<li>Strive for continuous improvement in design quality and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Approximately <strong>3+ years</strong> of progressive professional experience in graphic design, visual design, marketing design, or a similar creative role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.</li>
<li><strong>Portfolio:</strong> An exceptional and diverse online portfolio showcasing a strong command of design principles, conceptual thinking, and execution across a variety of media (digital and print), <strong>ideally including examples for large or well-known consumer brands.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></li>
<li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote).</li>
<li>Familiarity with Figma is a plus.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.</li>
<li><strong>Design Acumen:</strong> Proven ability to develop creative concepts from scratch and execute them with high visual fidelity, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering impactful results.</li>
<li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently articulate design decisions and creative rationale to various stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> A proactive and independent problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.</li>
<li><strong>Independence & Organization:</strong> Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines effectively with minimal supervision.</li>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li>
