Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team and work independently with confidence.&nbsp;</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Take ideas from concept through final handoff alongside creatives, technologists, producers, and leadership.</li> <li>Develop original design directions and refine work within established brand guidelines and visual centers.</li> <li>Combine conceptual thinking with strong craft and attention to detail while being responsible for the completeness of your work.</li> <li>Adapt to different brand styles and visual directions, spotting opportunities for unexpected interactive, environmental, or animation outputs.</li> <li>Find outside inspiration, and bring new thinking and ideas into the studio.</li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in a similar role</li> <li>Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud</li> <li>Strong portfolio showing solid fundamentals, attention to detail, inventive design thinking and high-level execution in brand experience work</li> <li>A collaborative team player that is highly motivated, pro-active and positive.</li> <li>Excellent organization and time management skills to meet deadlines across multiple projects in a remote work setting.</li> </ul> <p class="text-node" data-pm-slice="1 1 []">The salary range for this position is&nbsp;<strong>starts at $60 hourly</strong>. Hourly rate is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.</p> <p class="text-node">Hovercraft is a remote-first company, working primarily on Pacific and Mountain time.
