<p><span lang="en-SG">We’re looking for a </span><span lang="en-US">UX Designer to join our mission-driven product team to design intuitive, inclusive, and impactful digital services for citizens, employers, and industry partners. You’ll play a key role as an individual contributor—shaping experiences through research-driven design, co-creating with stakeholders, and collaborating across product, design, and engineering.</span></p>
<p><span lang="en-SG">This role is ideal for someone who is </span><span lang="en-US">comfortable with ambiguity, skilled in both user research and interaction design, and thrives in agile, cross-functional teams. You’ll have opportunities to design across multiple platforms and touchpoints, and contribute to strategic decisions that shape the product’s direction.</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Lead the </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">end-to-end UX design process—from framing problem spaces and user needs to deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final design specs.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Plan and conduct </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">user research (qualitative and quantitative) including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and A/B testing.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Map complex user journeys and service blueprints to uncover pain points and opportunity areas.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Facilitate </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">co-creation and ideation workshops with stakeholders, users, and your cross-functional team.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Communicate your design rationale clearly through visuals, presentations, and storytelling.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Advocate for </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">accessibility, inclusive design, and consistent use of design system components.</span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">[What we are looking for]</span></strong></p>

<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">5+ years of experience</span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;"> in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing research, ideation, and design execution.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Experience contributing to </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">at least two shipped products, preferably in complex or high-impact domains.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Proficiency in tools like </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Figma, Miro, Maze, Google Analytics, and familiarity with Jira or similar tools.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Comfortable working in </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">agile teams and engaging in rapid cycles of iteration and feedback.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Strong </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">stakeholder management skills and the ability to align design decisions with business and user goals.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Clear communicator with excellent </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">visual, written, and presentation skills.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Familiarity with </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">design principles, typography, and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Strong </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">concept creation and copywriting skills will be a bonus.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span lang="en-SG" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Prior experience with </span><span lang="en-US" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">designing for government services, regulated domains, or complex workflows is a strong plus.</span></li>
