Key Responsibilities

• Learn to design and develop Power Platform solutions, including Copilot and AI-enabled features, under the guidance of experienced engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality, well-documented solutions
• Gain hands-on experience across the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies
• Support the development of automated workflows and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Perform unit testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of developed components
• Learn and apply Avanade best practices for Power Platform, Copilot adoption, and responsible AI use
• Contribute to task backlogs, solution documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree within relevant Software Engineering & AI preferably
• Early Exposure to Copilot & AI: Interest or introductory experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or generative AI concepts (academic, project, or self-learning experience welcomed)
• Automation Foundations: Understanding of or hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps concepts
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze problems, gather requirements, and think logically about solutions
• Learning Agility: Strong willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Agile Awareness: Basic understanding of agile or iterative development practices
• Problem-Solving Skills: Curiosity-driven approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement
• Data Fundamentals: Exposure to data analysis or visualization tools (Power BI experience is a plus)
• Dataverse Basics: Interest in learning Dataverse and data modeling for Power Platform solutions
