<p><span data-contrast="auto">Rockstar is seeking an experienced Senior Developer Relations Manager to grow our Developer Relations team within Rockstar’s Creator Platform, which includes the FiveM and RedM multiplayer modification platforms as well as the Cfx Marketplace. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">In this role, you will help define and execute our Developer Relations program and ensure our community of creators has a strong, consistent voice within the organization. <p>This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London.</p>
<h4><strong>WHAT WE DO</strong></h4>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">The Rockstar Games Creator Platform Team delivers a technology platform that enables players to experience community-created content on fully customized dedicated servers where creators can develop their own game modes and other modifications in a variety of scripting languages.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">We provide a curated digital storefront, the Cfx Marketplace, where talented GTAV and RDR2 creators can share and sell custom scripts, assets, and more.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">We work closely with our worldwide community of players, creators, and server operators to grow our platform, and act as a point of contact between the community and our product and development teams in support of their success on the platform.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>

<h4><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Define and execute the overall Developer Relations strategy for the Rockstar Creator Platform.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Define, stand up, and manage formal Developer Relations programs, including community engagement and outreach initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify opportunities to strengthen creator engagement and grow the creator ecosystem, attracting new developers and creators to the Creator Platform.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem creators and server owners, serving as a trusted point of contact and advocate.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Developer Advocacy teams to ensure community feedback is systematically captured and actioned.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor and report on community sentiment, ecosystem health, and key developer relations metrics to leadership.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with the Community Management team to ensure alignment on messaging and community strategy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">8+ years of professional experience in developer relations, creator success, partner management, or a related field within the technology or video game industries.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience standing up or maturing developer-/creator-facing programs with identifiable and actionable outcomes. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of creator platforms, UGC products, developer tools, marketplaces, digital economies, or live-service game products. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and find practical solutions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to translate community insights into actionable insights and recommendations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfort managing relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong organizational skills, with experience establishing processes and workflows for distributed or cross-functional teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with UGC ecosystems, game modding, and the broader creator ecosystem.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience managing or moderating large online communities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
