We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. This person will have Azure Cloud Platform skills.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze current tech stack and conduct process reengineering to improve/expand our capabilities.</li> <li>Support, update, and validate all Kubernetes clusters are performing at optimal levels.</li> <li>Manage various microservices platforms and ensure hw/sw platforms are in place to deliver results.</li> <li>Automate and maintain software delivery workflows using CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Design and implement scalable, distributed, fault tolerant systems that satisfy complex requirements.</li> <li>Designing and implementing best practices for software development which include security and monitoring.</li> <li>Application administration across multiple operating systems, hardware types, and application servers.&nbsp; Install, implement, maintain and support Windows and Linux server products.</li> <li>Install, update, tune, and diagnose both internal and third-party applications.</li> <li>Support and troubleshoot the usage of multiple Relational Database systems and various storage technologies and network interfaces.</li> <li>Diagnose and mitigate performance and reliability issues across the application stack.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create and maintain fields, reports, dashboards, custom objects, workflows, functions and configurations.</li> <li>Facilitate IT Service Management processes of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, Configuration and Continuous Improvements including the creation and management of changes in compliance with the change management policy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilize the DevOps and CI/CD processes for automated versioning and deployments of code.</li> <li>Technical application support across multiple platforms utilizing VXML data processing.</li> <li>Working with multiple automation tools/languages: Python, PowerShell.</li> <li>Involved in daily operations via monitoring solutions: Dynatrace/Splunk.</li> <li>Involved in application security scans (SAST/DAST), related mitigations and systems hardening.</li> <li>Daily utilization of Change management and Project management tools; JIRA/Confluence/ServiceNow.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will need to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of application and operations experience throughout a full application stack</li> <li>Cloud Platform (GCP, AWS or Azure)</li> <li>Container tech such as Docker/Openshift or Kubernetes/GKE/EKS/AKS</li> <li>Python, or shell (bash) scripting</li> <li>&nbsp;Deep understanding of Linux.&nbsp; Knowledge of infrastructure and security.</li> <li>CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, Harness, Nexus and technologies such as Terraform.</li> <li>Release management, Asset Configuration and Continuous Improvements; Analyzing and troubleshooting the authentication and handshake between servers, Load Balancers, TLS, certificates, and ciphers.</li> <li>Analyzing and troubleshooting data encoding, compression, and encryption/decryption implementations.</li> <li>Firewall management</li> <li>Artificial Intelligence (AI) related applications and products (Watson).</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field</li> <li>Windows, Linux Admin (CentOS), Python, Puppet (or Chef)</li> <li>Terraform, Encryption/certs/security</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education or Certifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.</li> <li>This position is not eligible for sponsorship.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Type </strong></p> <ul> <li>Full time</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule </strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Location&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Omaha, NE&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits </strong></p> <ul> <li>Health insurance&nbsp;</li> <li>Health savings account</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> <li>401(k) matching</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Parental leave</li> <li>Disability insurance</li> <li>Childcare assistance</li> <li>Education reimbursement</li> <li>Fitness membership</li> <li>Volunteer time off</li> </ul> <p><em>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
