You'll work closely with developers, identify opportunities for improvement, and independently drive projects from idea to execution while</p> <div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms, self-service tools, and on-demand development environments that improve engineering productivity and developer experience.</li> <li>Own and drive the evolution of our developer environments platform.</li> <li>Drive company-wide CI/CD initiatives, build and maintain deployment pipelines, and promote software delivery best practices across engineering teams.</li> <li>Design, implement, and operate cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes-based environments, monitoring solutions, automation frameworks, and internal services.</li> <li>Improve self-service capabilities, automation, and overall developer experience.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with devex, developers, automation and infrastructure teams across the organization.</li> </ul> <div><br><br><strong>Requirements </strong></div> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles within SaaS environments.</li> <li>Experience with GitOps platforms ArgoCD/Flux.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments (mandatory).</li> <li>Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions - advantage)</li> <li>Programming experience in Go, Python, or similar languages.</li> <li>Experience with AWS cloud services.</li> <li>Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.</li> <li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools.</li> <li>Strong understanding of software development processes and developer workflows.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Ability to independently lead projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution.</li> </ul> <div><br><br></div> <ul> <li><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></li> <li>Experience working in monorepo environments.</li> <li>Experience building developer portals, internal platforms, or developer-facing tools.</li> <li>Frontend development experience (react) – an advantage.</li> </ul> </div>
