<p>We are seeking a <strong>DevOps Engineer</strong> to join our Security Engineering team. In this role, you will help design, build, and operate the infrastructure and tooling that enables secure, scalable, and reliable systems across the firm. You will work closely with platform, security, and development teams to embed security into our infrastructure without slowing down innovation. </p>
<p>This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, automating workflows, and improving the developer and operator experience while maintaining a strong security posture. </p>
<p><strong> What you’ll be doing:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines or implementing GitOps workflows</li>
<li>Build and implement tooling to support initiatives like data pipelines</li>
<li>Help design and work with various security engineers to provide solutions to help with development pipelines, including DAST, SAST, etc.</li>
<li>Support security tools like HashiCorp Vault</li>
<li>Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for security and infrastructure systems</li>
<li>Automate operational and security processes to reduce manual effort and risk</li>
<li>Support containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) with a focus on secure configuration and runtime protections</li>
<li>Assist in incident response and remediation efforts related to infrastructure and deployment systems</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and security posture</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Strong programming/scripting skills</li>
<li>Experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) </li>
<li>Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments, across multiple clusters and environments </li>
<li>Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals </li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments</li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Understanding of security fundamentals (e.g., secrets management, least privilege, vulnerability management)</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive work to completion</span></li>

<p>The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
