Mid Level DevOps Engineer

<p class="" data-start="84" data-end="755">We are seeking a talented and motivated <strong data-start="124" data-end="143">DevOps Engineer</strong> to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with development and operations teams to design, implement, and optimize <strong data-start="279" data-end="298">CI/CD pipelines</strong> that streamline software delivery and enhance collaboration. You will be at the forefront of <strong data-start="392" data-end="406">Kubernetes</strong> orchestration, deploying and managing containerized applications at scale, while also helping us migrate infrastructure into the <strong data-start="536" data-end="543">AWS</strong> cloud environment. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="501" data-end="661"> <p class="" data-start="503" data-end="661">Extensive experience in <strong data-start="527" data-end="547">DevOps practices</strong> with a focus on automation, continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and cloud-native technologies.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="662" data-end="839"> <p class="" data-start="664" data-end="839">Strong knowledge of <strong data-start="684" data-end="698">Kubernetes</strong> for container orchestration, including experience in managing, deploying, and scaling containerized applications in production environments.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="840" data-end="958"> <p class="" data-start="842" data-end="958">Expertise in <strong data-start="855" data-end="862">AWS</strong> services and architecture, with a strong understanding of cloud security and cost optimization.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="959" data-end="1091"> <p class="" data-start="961" data-end="1091">Proficiency in <strong data-start="976" data-end="1020">Linux server security and administration</strong>, with hands-on experience in hardening, patching, and troubleshooting.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1092" data-end="1203"> <p class="" data-start="1094" data-end="1203">Solid experience in managing <strong data-start="1123" data-end="1142">Windows servers</strong>, including patching, troubleshooting, and security measures.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1204" data-end="1373"> <p class="" data-start="1206" data-end="1373">Hands-on experience in <strong data-start="1229" data-end="1239">Docker</strong> administration, including container creation, management, deployment, and troubleshooting in development and production environments.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1374" data-end="1512"> <p class="" data-start="1376" data-end="1512">Experience in the lifecycle management of <strong data-start="1418" data-end="1466">PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) certificates</strong>, including renewal and replacement processes.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1513" data-end="1650"> <p class="" data-start="1515" data-end="1650">In-depth understanding of <strong data-start="1541" data-end="1559">CI/CD concepts</strong> and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) for automating build, test, and deployment pipelines.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1651" data-end="1767"> <p class="" data-start="1653" data-end="1767">Proficiency in <strong data-start="1668" data-end="1692">PowerShell scripting</strong> for automation and management of Windows-based systems and infrastructure.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1768" data-end="1885"> <p class="" data-start="1770" data-end="1885">Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational problems independently, with a focus on automation and scalability.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1886" data-end="2018"> <p class="" data-start="1888" data-end="2018">Current understanding of best practices for implementing <strong data-start="1945" data-end="1973">system security measures</strong> in cloud-based and on-premises environments.</p> </li> </ul> <p>The estimated salary range for this position is between $130,000- $190,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package.
