Senior DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure & DB Automation)

We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><p>We are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>DevOps Engineer</strong> to lead the automation of our hybrid infrastructure in <strong>our offices in Warsaw/Poland or Belgrade/Serbia</strong>. You will be responsible for managing a diverse environment that includes both <strong>AWS cloud services</strong> and <strong>on-premise bare-metal servers</strong>. A significant part of this role involves evolving our database operations—moving away from manual tasks toward a fully automated, scalable, and observable data platform.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Hybrid Infrastructure Management:</strong> Design and maintain IaC for both AWS (RDS, EC2) and physical bare-metal servers using <strong>Terraform/Terragrunt</strong> and <strong>Ansible</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Automation &amp; Scripting:</strong> Develop custom tools and scripts (using <strong>Python</strong> or <strong>Go</strong>) to automate complex workflows that off-the-shelf tools can't handle.</li> <li><strong>Database Lifecycle Automation:</strong> Automate provisioning, configuration tuning, and schema migrations.
