<p><strong>About Role</strong></p> <p>Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a Bespoke Diamond Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our team. Ring Concierge provides a luxury one on one shopping experience for their clients - previous experience with clienteling and diamond sales is required. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive sales by building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding individual sales targets</li> <li>Use extensive diamond and bespoke product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer</li> <li>Achieve an environment for our clients that is reflective of the Ring Concierge aesthetic and company values</li> <li>Oversee all facets of sales transactions</li> <ul> <li>Initial consultation/Identify client needs</li> <li>Work with production team on sourcing diamonds</li> <li>Present diamonds to client (both local and long-distance) and finalize setting design</li> <li>Close sale</li> <li>Oversee production timeline</li> <li>Maintain continuous and effective communication with client through sales cycle</li> </ul> <li>Maintain all customer information in an organized manor for our CRM program</li> <li>Proactively look for opportunities to drive Bespoke and Fine Jewelry sales growth by identifying new leads and clienteling opportunities</li> <li>Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients</li> <li>Subject matter expert for diamonds and fine jewelry</li> <li>Ability to continuously adapt as the business evolves and grows</li> <li>Must be highly organized, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Team player - willing to jump into other areas of the business to aid when needed</li> <li>Passion for diamonds, luxury goods, and delivering exceptional customer experiences</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of prior retail sales experience in fine jewelry <strong><em>required</em></strong></li> <li>Bachelor’s or GIA Degree preferred</li> <li>Proven experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or diamond retail, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li> <li>Must be proficient with Mac computers, and Google Suite</li> </ul> <p><strong>Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time role located in midtown NYC</li> <li>Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season, sales or events)</li> <li>Travel may be required to meet with clients</li> <li>Health, Vision &amp; Dental Insurance for full-time employees</li> <li>We offer generous employee discounts on our fine jewelry</li> <li>Paid time off,&nbsp; including an extra allowance of 3 days annually for religious observances&nbsp;</li> <li>The salary for this position is $72,000 plus meaningful commission</li> </ul>
