<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Diamond Sales Specialist</strong> to join our SoHo boutique. As the expert in diamonds and bespoke custom jewelry, this role will deliver an unparalleled client experience, guiding customers through the engagement ring and high-jewelry purchasing journey. The Diamond Sales Specialist will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging extensive product knowledge, clienteling skills, and relationship-building to achieve and exceed sales goals while embodying the Ring Concierge aesthetic.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Client Experience & Sales</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide a luxury one-on-one consultation experience, identifying client needs and tailoring recommendations.</li>
<li>Act as a diamond and bespoke jewelry expert, presenting options, educating clients, and guiding them through the design and selection process.</li>
<li>Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized clienteling and CRM data management.</li>
<li>Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs while contributing to store performance.</li>
<li>Oversee all facets of the sales cycle, from initial consultation to finalizing design details and ensuring client satisfaction upon delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration & Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with the production team to source diamonds and track project timelines, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with clients throughout the sales and production process, managing expectations with professionalism.</li>
<li>Support inventory control, loss prevention, and showroom presentation standards.</li>
<li>Participate in product launches, in-store events, and seasonal activations to drive awareness and engagement.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of <strong>3 years of fine jewelry retail sales experience</strong>; diamond and bespoke sales expertise required.<br>GIA certification or equivalent diamond education strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across a diverse client base.</li>
<li>Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a passion for diamonds, luxury goods, and delivering elevated customer experiences.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM systems, Mac computers, and Google Suite.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak retail seasons.</li>
