About the role
<h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2>
<p>We're looking for a <strong>Digital Acquisition Analyst</strong> who knows their way around pixels, SDKs, and acquisition channels. You'll be a key player in our growth team, helping us bring in the right users and making sure they actually stick around after downloading our app.</p>
<p>You don't need to have seen it all, but you need to be curious, sharp, and ready to own your work end to end.</p>
<h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Run and optimize acquisition channels</strong>: Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels. Track what works, cut what doesn't, and scale what does.</li>
<li><strong>Own our tracking setup</strong>: Implement and maintain pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and make sure our events are firing correctly across web and mobile.</li>
<li><strong>Work with SDKs & MMPs</strong>: Help configure and QA tools like Adjust or AppsFlyer to keep our attribution clean and reliable.</li>
<li><strong>Dig into the funnel</strong>: Spot where users are dropping off and work with the team to test and fix it.</li>
<li><strong>Improve app onboarding</strong>: Analyze how new users move through our onboarding flow and find ways to increase activation rates.</li>
<li><strong>Report on what matters</strong>: Build and maintain dashboards with the metrics that actually drive decisions: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate across teams</strong>: You'll work closely with product, engineering, and creative to make things happen.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Must-Have</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or growth.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of <strong>tracking pixels</strong> and event-based attribution (Meta, Google, TikTok).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with at least one <strong>MMP</strong> (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar).</li>
<li>Experience analyzing and improving <strong>conversion funnels</strong>.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with data SQL is a plus, but strong Excel/Sheets skills work too.</li>
<li>Some experience with <strong>app onboarding flows</strong> or mobile growth.</li>
<li>English proficiency: upper-intermediate to advanced (B2–C1). You'll read docs, write reports, and communicate with partners in English.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in high-performance industries like fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or on-demand.</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>Firebase</strong> or a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, etc.).</li>
<li>You've worked in a startup or scale-up before, you know what "wearing multiple hats" actually means.</li>
