About the role

This dual role combines managing publisher relationships with overseeing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns to ensure strong performance and revenue growth.The ideal candidate is <strong data-start="444" data-end="515">self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about digital advertising</strong>, with the ability to turn ideas into impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</h2> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Account Management</span></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned publisher accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business goals and challenges.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize revenue.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to implement ad solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service.</li> <li>Conduct regular account reviews and performance reports, presenting findings to clients and suggesting improvement strategies to uplift publisher’s revenue.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google policies, and best practices to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Campaign Management</span></p> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>Understand the digital advertising industry and AnyMind Publisher’s solutions</li> <li>Create proposals and media plans that are aligned with business goals (e.g. advertorial, social media, radio, online inventory, rich media format, etc.)</li> <li>Manage end-to-end campaigns, monitor ROI and KPIs</li> <li>Negotiate media packages and build a long-term relationships with Publishers</li> <li>Coordinate with internal sales team and operation team to cross sell Publisher packages, including customize proposals, create case studies or involve in client pitching to increase the conversion rate</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and developments, and competitors offerings</li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Advertising,&nbsp; Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or business development.</li> <li>Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.</li> <li>Understanding of Google Ad Manager, AdSense, and AdMob.</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.</li> <li>Highly organized, with strong multitasking and project management abilities.</li> <li>Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for the digital advertising industry.</li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Why You'll Love It</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">Competitive Salary</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Performance Review (twice a year)</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Yearly Performance Bonus</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Annual MVP Awards</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Work in a professional, active, international, and dynamic environment</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Good chance to explore new trends in the digital market</li> </ul>
