Digital Business Analyst (Senior Analyst)

What you’ll do

• Shape transformation stories: translate business challenges into structured strategies, clear recommendations, and compelling narratives.

• Lead client conversations: facilitate workshops, capture insights, and turn discussions into visual storylines and decision-ready decks.

• Design the future state: map current journeys, identify friction points, and build blueprints for new digital or AI-powered services.

• Collaborate to deliver: partner with designers, engineers, and change leads to bring ideas to life through prototypes and pilots.

• Communicate with impact: craft presentations that resonate at CxO level combining visuals, logic, and clarity.

You blend analytical sharpness with storytelling. You can sit with clients, ask the right questions, structure messy problems, and communicate your thinking visually and confidently.

You likely have:

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, Product management or digital transformation roles.

• Experience in AI-driven transformation, digital strategy, or process redesign.

• Strong business analysis and facilitation skills   from journey mapping and service blueprinting to agile requirements definition.

• Proven ability to lead client presentations, run workshops, and create high-impact decks (e.g., strategy, business case, transformation roadmap).

• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills you can connect data, behaviour, and business outcomes.

• Experience working with or alongside tech (Cloud, AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), but your strength is framing why it matters.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident presenting, and sharp storytelling.
