This is an operations and systems role for someone who excels at building workflows, managing tooling across teams, and turning coordination chaos into repeatable process. Youโ€™ll be the connective tissue between Brand Management, Creator Partnerships, Strategy, Production and Growth โ€” building and maintaining the project infrastructure that ensures the right people are working on the right things at the right time. Youโ€™ll own the tooling layer: standing up systems, designing workflows, maintaining project boards, and making sure every team touching digital content is operating from the same source of truth.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who gets excited about building the machine, not just running it โ€” someone who sees a gap in how teams hand off work and immediately starts thinking about what tool, what automation, what process fills it.</p> <hr> <p><strong>๐Ÿ“‹ What Youโ€™ll Do</strong></p> <p>๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Build and maintain operational workflows and project management systems across casting, digital brands, and creator initiatives<br>๐Ÿ”ง Own the tooling stack for digital content operations โ€” evaluating, configuring, and optimizing platforms like Monday, Airtable, or similar to fit evolving team needs<br>๐Ÿ”— Design cross-functional handoff processes between Creative, Growth, Brand Management, and Creator Partnerships to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce miscommunication<br>๐Ÿ“Š Create and maintain dashboards and trackers that give leadership and stakeholders real-time visibility into project status, team capacity, and pipeline health<br>๐Ÿ“ Document processes, SOPs, and playbooks so that institutional knowledge lives in systems, not in peopleโ€™s heads<br>๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Identify process inefficiencies and work with leadership to implement improvements</p> <hr> <p><strong>๐Ÿ”‘ Who You Are</strong></p> <p>๐Ÿ“Š 3โ€“5 years of experience in operations, project management, or production coordination in creative, media, or marketing environments<br>๐Ÿงฉ Systems thinker โ€” you see the whole picture and know how to organize complexity into clarity<br>๐Ÿ“ˆ Data-fluent โ€” comfortable building dashboards, running reports, and translating numbers into recommendations<br>๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Master coordinator โ€” youโ€™ve successfully managed multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines<br>๐Ÿ”ฎ Proactive problem-solver โ€” you anticipate issues before they escalate and always have a plan B<br>๐Ÿ’ฌ Clear communicator โ€” you can translate operational realities into language that makes sense for creative and strategic teams<br>๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Tool-savvy โ€” experience with project management platforms, analytics tools, and building workflows in systems like Monday, Asana, Airtable, or similar<br>๐ŸŒ€Comfortable with ambiguity โ€” this is a new function at TubeScience. Youโ€™ll be building the plane while flying it<br>๐Ÿ“ Remote-friendly โ€” strong async communication, self-directed, and disciplined about documentation</p> <hr> <p><strong>โœจ Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in production operations or creative project management</li> <li>Comfort with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows</li> <li>Experience with forward capacity planning or demand forecasting by content type, vertical, or team</li> <li>Experience supporting casting, talent coordination, or creator operations</li> <li>Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and attribution&nbsp;</li> <li>SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.)</li> </ul>
