<p><strong>Team management</strong></p>

<li>Manage team members to design and delivery work on time and meet client expectation</li>

</ul>
<p><strong>Planning and Organization </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the production process for brand marketing collateral and other creative marketing and communications projects. This includes mapping out project budgets, timelines, scope of work, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables</li>
<li>Prioritize project timelines, workloads, cross-functional teams, and project objectives to ensure all elements of a project/campaign stay on track.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Communication & Project Management </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accountable for designing the creative aspect of marketing campaigns to achieve client’s satisfaction</li>
<li>Comfortable to provide advice, coach the team members, and make decisions which not conflict with the principles and processes of the team</li>
<li>Adopt a client-centered approach to all projects undertaken to ensure effective communication and project management throughout</li>
<li>Maintain campaign design, lead the development of creative briefs, and support the development of presentations</li>
<li>Maintain the consistency of the visual brand across all online collateral, and implement tools and activities to help ensure usage of and adherence to client’s brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Reviewing creative work for adherence to brand standards and best practices</li>
<li>Reviewing client budgets to ensure that projects are completed within budget parameters</li>
<li>Developing concepts for new campaigns based on client needs and brand identity</li>
<li>Reviewing advertising drafts to ensure that they are relevant to target audiences and convey the appropriate message</li>
<li>Develop and lead an iterative and evidence-based approach to concept creation, ensuring that the content produced effectively communicates with the target audience through rigorous testing and evaluation activities.</li>
<li>Create briefs to suit the needs of each customer in accordance with the work processes of the relevant internal teams. To create understanding and smooth work between collaboration teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of hands-on Graphic designer experience </li>
<li>Excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator, After effect, Premier Pro and any other design tools</li>
<li>Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word)</li>
<li>Excellent in UX / UI is a plus</li>
<li>Able to design for desktop mobile and tablet</li>
<li>Able to do PowerPoint presentations</li>
<li>Able to do motion graphics and video</li>
<li>Able to design in all categories, especially beauty and fashion</li>
<li>Be initiative, always create new things for team development</li>
<li>Multi-tasking skill </li>
<li>Able to understand client's needs Good English skill</li>
