About the role
ntegrity is a full-service agency with 95% not-for-profit clients. Our mission is to "help good grow." Our clients look to us for direction on how to grow their results, grow their team's capabilities, and in turn, grow their impact on the world.
We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our team! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Senior Creatives and be instrumental in bringing our campaigns to life across various digital and print channels.
This role is remote and can be based anywhere in Malaysia or the Philippines. It will begin as a contract position with the potential for ongoing employment after 12 months.
About you:
3-5 years experience in design production in an agency environment.
A portfolio that showcases your ability to think beyond the ordinary and craft effective, eye-catching campaigns.
You are able to prioritise like a pro and consistently meet deadlines with quality work that stays within scope.
You're passionate about creating exceptional creative deliverables – fast. You can seamlessly translate high-level concepts into stunning digital assets.
You have a strong grasp of digital best practice and understand the importance of mobile-first design in today's digital landscape.
You demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma will be highly regarded.
You have a genuine interest in the work of the not-for-profit sector and are excited to contribute your talents to a meaningful cause.
What You Will Be Doing:
Collaborate with the creative team to translate art direction into stunning digital designs for campaigns across social media, web and email.
Independently roll-out and shape creative to meet client and audience needs, and the provided brief.
Identify opportunities to bring in emerging social and digital trends like motion, UGC and lo-fi content to enhance audience engagement.
Flex your skills across print, working closely with copywriters and senior creatives to produce accurate, print-ready files.
This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If:
Prefer a slow, methodical creative process over rapid output, as this position requires a fast-paced designer who is passionate about seamlessly translating high-level concepts into stunning digital assets quickly.
Want to focus purely on high-level concepting rather than production execution, since a massive part of your day-to-day will involve independently rolling out campaigns, building mobile-first digital assets, and preparing accurate, print-ready files.
Are looking to work exclusively with commercial corporate brands, as success in this role requires a genuine interest in the not-for-profit sector and a desire to channel your creative talents toward meaningful causes.
