<h3>🎬 Animation Finalization</h3>
<ul>
<li>Finalize and quality-check animated assets including GIFs, HTML5 banners, social motion content, cinemagraphs, and video edits</li>
<li>Adapt and resize motion content across multiple platform formats and aspect ratios (Stories, Reels, Feed, YouTube, etc.) while maintaining animation integrity</li>
<li>Export and deliver animated files in the correct formats and specs for each digital platform</li>
<li>Work closely with motion designers to implement revisions and ensure smooth, seamless animation output</li>
<li>Ensure timing, transitions, and motion consistency are accurate across all animated deliverables</li>
<li>Prepare final video files for broadcast, digital, and social — including correct codec, frame rate, resolution, and audio specs</li>
</ul>
<h3>🖼️ Static Finalization</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare, adapt, and finalize static assets for multi-channel communications campaigns including social media, digital banners, OOH, press ads, POS, and print collateral</li>
<li>Resize and reformat master artworks across multiple sizes and formats while maintaining layout integrity and brand consistency</li>
<li>Adapt artworks into various language versions (Arabic/English), regional formats, and market-specific requirements</li>
<li>Conduct pre-press checks and prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and resolution</li>
</ul>
<h3>✅ Quality Control</h3>
<ul>
<li>Perform rigorous QC on all outgoing files — both static and motion — checking for accuracy in typography, color, layout, imagery, animation, and brand guidelines</li>
<li>Proofread copy on final artwork in both Arabic and English</li>
<li>Ensure all files are technically compliant with platform, print, or broadcast specifications before delivery</li>
</ul>
<h3>🗂️ File Management & Workflow</h3>
<ul>
<li>Organize and maintain a clean, structured asset library for both static and motion files</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying timelines and deliverable types</li>
<li>Package and deliver final files to printers, vendors, digital platforms, and clients in the correct formats</li>
</ul>
<h3>🤝 Collaboration</h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with designers, motion designers, art directors, and account teams to bring creative work to life with precision</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with project managers regarding project timelines, priorities, and any technical flags</li>
<li>Contribute to improving internal finalization workflows for both static and animation pipelines</li>
</ul>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<h3>Experience & Education</h3>
<ul>
<li>3 years of proven experience as a Digital Finalizer, Production Artist, or similar role — ideally within an advertising agency or communications environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience finalizing both animation and static assets for live campaigns</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, or a related field</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Skills — Static</h3>
<ul>
<li>Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of print production standards: bleed, crop marks, CMYK color profiles, and pre-press preparation</li>
<li>Solid understanding of digital static specs across all major platforms and formats</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Skills — Animation & Motion</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for finalizing and adapting motion content</li>
<li>Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for video finalization and delivery</li>
<li>Knowledge of GIF optimization, HTML5 banners, and video export formats (MP4, MOV, etc.)</li>
<li>Understanding of frame rates, codecs, aspect ratios, and platform-specific video specs</li>
<li>Familiarity with Adobe Animate or Lottie/JSON files is a plus</li>
</ul>
<h3>Additional Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Arabic typography and bilingual artwork (Arabic/English) is highly desirable<br><br>#LI-EMEA</li>
