Digital Marketing Assistant, Soho Home

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Role..</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will help execute our digital marketing strategy to elevate our brand presence and drive online sales. You will maintain our premium brand aesthetics while managing social media, support with paid media strategy and SEO optimisation across the UK, US and EU.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities..</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Content &amp; Social Media Management</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain aesthetic consistency by <strong>e</strong>nsuring all visual assets align with Soho Home guidelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Schedule social content: Plan and publish regular posts across Instagram, build boards</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist community support and help develop a community management strategy. Respond to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions where appropriate.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support asset creation by collaborating on briefs for diverse asset creation including stills, video for all platforms working with creative team end to end to deliver assets in correct and optimised formats for digital marketing channels.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Paid Media Support</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver creative assets and copy to external agency partners or paid media managers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with external agency to manage paid media delivery and ensure optimisation across all channels</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Liaise with E-commerce and merchandising teams to manage product featured in marketing communications, ensuring stock is live and available across all locales.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in compilation of weekly, quarterly reports on campaign performance, traffic, click-through rates, and conversions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with external agency to optimise product feeds</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>SEO Support</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with external agency to support with SEO optimisation onsite and across product feeds.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support management of online business profiles across Google and Apple.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements...</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience in a marketing, CRM, content, or ecommerce support role.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Robust understanding of online marketing and ecommerce.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong appreciation for interior design, luxury styling, and visual storytelling.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and organisational skills and able to deliver high-quality work.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication skills, collaborative, and able to work in cross-department teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Desirable</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience using Google Ads, Meta Business Manager &amp; Pinterest Business Manager</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience using Affiliate platforms such as Rakuten</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience using design tools such as Figma.
