Visit&nbsp;<a class="Xx" href="https://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.appier.com&amp;sa=D&amp;source=hangouts&amp;ust=1618650656989000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEEp7GBLA6TpOmssdhuT6S6ju9WIw" target="_blank" data-display="www.appier.com" data-sanitized="https://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.appier.com&amp;sa=D&amp;source=hangouts&amp;ust=1618650656989000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEEp7GBLA6TpOmssdhuT6S6ju9WIw">www.appier.com</a>&nbsp;for more information.<br></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities (including but not limited to)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including content marketing strategies, gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels</li> <li>Creating, optimizing, and managing high-quality content (blog articles, landing pages, multimedia assets) to improve engagement and conversion rates.</li> <li>Identifying, developing &amp; optimising growth channels and website experience to enhance user journey and drive revenue growth.</li> <li>Analysing marketing data and user behavior, and website performance metrics (campaign results, conversion rates, bounce rates, etc.) to help shape future marketing and UX strategies.</li> <li>Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand</li> <li>Providing inputs &amp; expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)</li> <li>Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels, with a strong focus on digital content distribution and engagement strategies.</li> <li>Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback &amp; present results</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.</li> <li>Experience in developing and optimizing website content to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.</li> <li>Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.</li> <li>Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth and continuous website experience improvements.</li> <li>Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p> <p>We believe in building a great working environment where passionate individuals can give their best, and to work with a talented team.
