This role blends creative storytelling, content strategy, and digital marketing execution to grow audience engagement, streaming performance, and brand presence across platforms.    <h2>What you'll do</h2> Creative Strategy & Campaign Development  <ul> <li>Develop and lead creative concepts for artist campaigns, including single/album launches  </li> <li>Translate artist DNA into compelling digital narratives  </li> <li>Collaborate with A&R, brand, and marketing teams to align campaign vision </li> </ul> Content Creation & Direction  <ul> <li>Oversee creation of digital assets: short-form videos, visuals, motion graphics, and social content  </li> <li>Direct photoshoots, video shoots, and creative production  </li> <li>Ensure all content aligns with artist branding and label standards </li> </ul> Digital Platform Management  <ul> <li>Plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as <span data-ccp-charstyle="whitespace-normal" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"c66ef6be-b785-5f4e-bbb9-1327dfc155ae|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342449,"1",469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"",469777843,"SimSun",469777844,"Calibri",201341986,"1",469769226,"Calibri,SimSun",268442635,"24",469775450,"whitespace-normal",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"whitespace-normal",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify  </li> <li>Optimize content formats and posting strategies per platform  </li> <li>Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement </li> </ul> Artist Branding & Storytelling  <ul> <li>Shape and maintain consistent artist branding across all digital touchpoints  </li> <li>Build long-term audience connection through storytelling and content series  </li> <li>Guide artists on personal content and social media presence </li> <li>Work closely with A&R, Commercial, Marketing teams, and artists to align platform strategies with artist development and release campaigns. </li> </ul> Performance & Optimization  <ul> <li>Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools  </li> <li>Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, and streaming uplift  </li> <li>Optimize campaigns based on data insights and audience behavior </li> </ul> Team & Stakeholder Collaboration  <ul> <li>Manage internal creative teams and external agencies  </li> <li>Work closely with media buying, PR, and partnerships teams  </li> <li>Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple projects </li> </ul>   <h2>Who you are</h2> <ul> <li>5–8 years in digital marketing, creative, or content roles (Agencies, music/entertainment preferred)  </li> <li>Proven experience managing creative campaigns and teams (non-conventional Marketing) </li> <li>Strong creative vision and storytelling ability  </li> <li>Deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms  </li> <li>Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data  </li> <li>Passion for music and pop culture  </li> <li>Highly collaborative and adaptable  </li> <li>Strong project management and communication skills</li> </ul>   <h2>What we give you</h2> <ul> <li>You join an inclusive, collaborative and global community where you have the opportunity to fuel the creative journey </li> <li>A modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamwork </li> <li>We invest in your professional growth & development </li> <li>An excellent range of benefits, like private medical cover, life assurance, etc.</li> </ul>   Equal Opportunities As an active part of a culturally and socially diverse society, Sony Music’s aim is that our workforce is diverse and inclusive.
