About the Role
Digital channels are increasingly central to how customers research, engage with and purchase products. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering the digital experiences that support customer engagement, business growth and commercial success across our Coatings business. Working within a global and collaborative environment, you'll help manage and optimise websites, digital platforms and eCommerce solutions, ensuring they deliver a seamless and effective customer experience. You'll work closely with colleagues across Digital, IT, Marketing and Business teams to turn customer and business needs into practical digital solutions that create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Support the delivery and optimisation of digital platforms, websites and eCommerce solutions across the business
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, Marketing, Segment and Business teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Capture, prioritise and translate customer and business requirements into effective digital solutions
• Work with development teams to create clear functional specifications and user requirements
• Coordinate digital projects and enhancements to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and timelines
• Support the implementation of new digital functionality that improves customer experience and business performance
• Monitor digital platform performance and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation, customer engagement and continuous improvement
• Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders and users
• Stay informed about emerging digital technologies, industry trends and best practices
• Ensure digital solutions comply with brand guidelines, governance standards and business requirements
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will bring:
• A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field
• Experience supporting digital marketing, website management or eCommerce activities
• Experience delivering digital projects and working with multiple stakeholders
• A strong interest in digital technologies, customer experience and online platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions
• A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
