Digital Marketing Specialist (DACH)

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our international team in Berlin. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing initiatives across global markets, with primary ownership of our German-speaking (DACH) regions. This is a highly collaborative role where you will bridge the gap between global strategy and localized regional execution.

PIX4D develops professional processing software and reality capture applications that enable thousands of professionals worldwide to process, visualize, and share accurate maps and 3D models from drone and terrestrial imagery. We build cutting-edge solutions using computer vision, digital twins, and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and international markets.
• Manage SEO, website content, and localization activities for German and English-speaking audiences.
• Own email marketing, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing programs using HubSpot.
• Coordinate webinars and support performance reporting, competitor monitoring, and market research.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Growth, and Content teams to deliver regional and global marketing initiatives.

Requirements

🗺️Languages

• Native German speaker (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1/C2 required).

🧑‍💻Experience & Technical Skills

• Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, marketing coordination, or a related role.
• Strong practical SEO knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns and coordinating webinars.
