<p><span data-contrast="auto">Kensington Tours is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Digital Operations Manager</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> to help power and scale our global digital ecosystem.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role sits at the center of Marketing, Technology, Content, and Digital Production ensuring our websites and campaigns launch flawlessly, stay optimized, and deliver a premium brand experience at every touchpoint.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You’ll own the operational engine behind kensingtontours.com, managing publishing workflows, digital governance, QA, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams and external partners. You’ll also play a key role in evolving the digital experience itself by maintaining scalable CMS templates while partnering on new component ideas, page enhancements, and UX improvements through Figma and collaborative design thinking.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own content publishing and digital production across kensingtontours.com. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage and maintain scalable CMS templates, reusable page structures, and publishing workflows across the website ecosystem. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Create and update Figma files and wireframes that bring templates, modules, and digital experiences to life. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to recommend and evolve new website features, components, and UX improvements. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead end-to-end QA and release coordination, ensuring accuracy, functionality, responsiveness, and brand consistency before every launch. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage CMS governance including taxonomy, templates, workflows, page structures, and publishing standards. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as the operational bridge between Marketing, Technology, Product, and external agency partners. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive website governance through ongoing audits, link management, redirects, compliance checks, and content health monitoring. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and improve scalable operational processes that reduce friction, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve speed-to-market. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, approvals, and release readiness to keep digital initiatives moving efficiently. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the digital experience. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What You Bring</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">5-8 years of experience in digital operations, web production, content operations, UX production, or digital project management within a complex digital environment. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience working within CMS platforms (enterprise or headless CMS experience is a strong asset). </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working in Figma to create, maintain, or evolve digital templates, wireframes, page layouts, or UX concepts. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong process orientation with the ability to manage repetitive operational tasks with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience leading or coordinating UAT, managing defect tracking, facilitating IT sign-offs, and supporting successful go-live releases. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with QA methodologies, web governance practices, accessibility standards, and digital brand guidelines. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and proactively recommend solutions. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally with Marketing, Technology, Product, and external partners. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience within travel, luxury, e-commerce, or high-consideration purchase industries is considered an asset. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
