About the Role

ntegrity is a full-service agency with 95% not-for-profit clients. Our mission is to "help good grow." Our clients look to us for direction on how to grow their results, grow their team's capabilities, and in turn, grow their impact on the world.

We're looking for a Digital Performance Manager to join our performance team. You'll lead the planning, optimisation, and analysis of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key platforms, translating data into clear recommendations that deliver measurable outcomes for purpose-driven clients. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor who connects digital performance to real organisational growth.

This role is fully remote, based anywhere in Malaysia or The Philippines, working Australian Eastern Time (AET) with client meetings held virtually.

About You

  • Experience: 3-5 years managing digital marketing campaigns in an agency or client-side environment.

  • Platform Expertise: Proven command of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to present insights confidently to clients.

  • Analytical Confidence: Experience with performance tracking, KPI reporting, and tools such as Looker Studio or Google Analytics.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with programmatic display advertising.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Campaign Management: Plan and deliver high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels, ensuring every activity meets defined KPIs and delivers measurable ROI.

  • Insight Generation: Analyse performance data to uncover trends and opportunities, translating findings into actionable strategy in plain language.

  • Client Leadership: Build trusted client partnerships through proactive communication, clear recommendations, and a genuine understanding of their goals.

  • Execution Standards: Uphold best-practice standards across budgets, tracking, and delivery to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of digital trends, test new tools, and contribute to team learning and capability growth.
