Pipeline doesn’t build itself. As Digital Pipeline Specialist, you own the process that turns market signals into qualified opportunities and qualified opportunities into meetings for sales.

This is not a support role. You own a number: qualified leads delivered to sales, meetings booked, and pipeline value created through outbound prospecting.

You will work closely with marketing and sales from day one. The pipeline you build determines the deals sales can close.

🏢 What you’ll be doing

Lead Generation & Digital Prospecting (Primary Function)

• Build and maintain target account and contact lists using a prospecting and enrichment tool stack

• Monitor trigger events to time an effective outreach

• Research and segment prospects to match our ICP by GTM segment

• Nurture prospects through targeted sequences until they meet sales-readiness criteria

• Deliver a consistent flow of qualified, enriched leads to sales with full context

• Design and execute multi-channel outreach sequences

• Scale what works: share messaging sequences and playbooks for the broader sales team to use

AI & Automation

• Use AI and automation tools as standard daily operating tools for prospecting, personalization, data processing, and workflow automation

• Build and maintain automated workflows for lead enrichment, outreach sequences, follow-up, and CRM data entry

Reporting

• Track and report on pipeline contribution: leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline value

• Feed insights back to marketing and sales

💪 What you bring

• Minimum 3 years in inside sales, growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM operations (B2B)

• Hands-on experience with a prospecting and enrichment toolstack (e.g. Clay, Apollo, or equivalents)

• Proven daily experience with AI tools: uses them to write sequences, process data, and build automations. Not a casual user.

• Writes well. Creates outreach that gets replies

• Comfortable across CRM, enrichment tools, email platforms, sequencing tools, and analytics dashboards

• Curious, fast learner, systematic thinker. Tracks what works and kills what doesn’t

• B2B experience required. Life sciences knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
