Digital Production Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Production Associate to support our Digital Operations team. The role involves managing sponsored email newsletters, website content publishing, digital advertising operations, sales support requests, and assisting with AI-powered workflow automation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy sponsored email newsletters using email marketing platforms such as Sailthru.
• Publish and manage sponsored content in WordPress.
• Perform basic Ad Operations tasks within Google Ad Manager.
• Monitor and manage the Digital team inbox.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to collect required assets and campaign materials.
• Track project requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Work alongside a custom AI agent that manages inbox requests and workflows.
• Assist in training and improving the AI agent’s tagging and response accuracy.
• Support digital campaign execution and reporting as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of digital production activities.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using WordPress.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Sailthru, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with Google Ad Manager.
• Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok.
• Understanding of sponsored content, digital advertising, and online marketing.
• Experience working with AI-powered tools or workflow automation systems.
