<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">Our Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) team delivers the infrastructure powering Redwood’s growth. We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to define and execute our EPC digital strategy, streamline workflows, and build in-house tools that enable seamless collaboration across design, engineering, and construction.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></span></p>

This role combines hands-on system leadership with long-term vision-setting and includes the opportunity to grow a dedicated digital innovation team.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p>
