Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Danish and English

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in both Danish and English to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our digital platforms by monitoring content, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing safety concerns to maintain a trustworthy online environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and online activities to identify any violations of digital trust and safety policies.
• Conduct thorough investigations into safety incidents and assess the validity of reports to take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine policies aimed at enhancing digital trust and safety.
• Provide detailed reports and statistics on safety issues, incidents, and trends to support informed decision-making.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and best practices in digital safety to proactively mitigate risks.
• Communicate effectively with users to promote awareness and encourage safe online behavior.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations professionally.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential safety risks.
• Knowledge of online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
