Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Norwegian and English

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a highly motivated Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Norwegian and English to join our team. In this role, you will be key to maintaining a secure and trustworthy digital environment by monitoring user activities, investigating safety issues, and enforcing community standards across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content and interactions to identify violations of safety policies.
• Conduct thorough investigations into safety incidents and escalations, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop, update, and enforce digital trust and safety policies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on safety trends and incidents to inform decision-making.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and best practices in digital trust and safety.
• Engage with users to promote safe online behavior and respond to inquiries related to safety concerns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions professionally and effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a keen interest in online safety and security challenges.
• Knowledge of online safety tools and digital content management platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
