About the role

Are you passionate about shaping a digital workplace that people genuinely want to use? Do you enjoy turning strategy into execution, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving adoption of digital tools that improve collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing?

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Digital Workplace Manager to join Corporate IT on a maternity cover basis. The role supports both the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings and sits at the intersection of technology and people.

The Opportunity

Over the past year, we have successfully transformed and launched new intranet experiences across the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings. The next phase focuses on adoption, governance, continuous improvement, and maximising value.

Also, the Senior Digital Workplace Manager will be in charge of running the Modern Workplace project aiming to establish a future-proof Microsoft 365 digital workplace that supports efficient collaboration, effective knowledge sharing, regulatory compliance, and scalable ways of working across both organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement of the intranet experience.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and user insights.
  • Own and drive the ongoing Digital Workplace roadmap.
  • Support completion and adoption of the document management and governance programme.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, editors, content owners, and business users.
  • Develop governance structures, communication plans, training activities, and adoption initiatives.
  • Maximise value from existing Digital Workplace tools and identify future opportunities.

About You

  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong change management and adoption experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Digital Workplace, intranet, collaboration, or knowledge management initiatives.
  • Good programme and project management capabilities.
  • Good in collaborating closely and owning work independently
