Dining & Hospitality Attendant (Part-Time)

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Dining Attendant (Dining Services &amp; Hospitality) is a front-of-house food service role supporting dining room operations, concessions, catering functions, on-field snack breaks, and staff breakrooms. This position ensures guests receive friendly, efficient service in a clean and welcoming environment. Dining Attendants replenish food and beverage products, maintain service areas, and assist with basic cash handling and inventory tasks to support a high-quality dining experience across JRTC’s events and programs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><em>Guest Service</em></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Greet and serve guests in dining, concessions, catering, and breakroom areas in a professional and courteous manner.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and banquet/event service standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly, and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support cash handling functions, including preparing opening funds, processing transactions, and reconciling POS sales at shift close in accordance with company policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with concessions bar service and breakroom stocking as directed.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; We are the permanent home to several signature youth-focused events and programs, such as the Nike RBI World Series and the Hank Aaron Invitational, which teach players how to succeed on and off the field.
