<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<li>Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming dining environment</li>
<li>Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly</li>
<li>Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs or requests</li>
<li>Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after meals</li>
<li>Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions</li>
<li>Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality</li>
<li>Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training for the right candidate!</li>
<li>Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety</li>
