Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the performance of the bank's digital channels, including website, mobile app, and online banking platform

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the user experience and customer journey

- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to develop data-driven strategies for enhancing digital channel engagement and conversion

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital channel usage, customer satisfaction, and business impact

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital channel management and customer experience

- Contribute to the development and execution of the bank's overall digital strategy

Requirements

- Have experience in digital channel management, customer experience, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies

- Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
