About the role
Our team at Abilities is accepting applications for our open Lead DSP positions. A candidate should have experience with individual programs and their associated documentation requirements. The individuals in this role will plan and oversee daily activities at the center or community.
You could be fulfilling one of the following roles.
- Complete the monthly activity calendar
- Work with coordinators to handle individual and DSP questions
- Checking and assisting with data and billing
- Specialize in making sure the building is cleaned
- Planning and implementing a steady stream of on-site activities
- Responsible for ensuring that the individuals are still engaging throughout their days
- Specialize in ensuring vehicles are in working order, clean, and filled with gas
- Responsible for maintaining staff ratios on community outings
