About the role
A Brooklyn-based Day Habilitation program is seeking caring, responsible, and energetic Male Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and positive work environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting individuals with daily activities and personal goals
Providing supervision, guidance, and encouragement
Supporting community outings and program activities
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
Qualifications:
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Ability to work well with individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior DSP experience a plus (training may be provided)
