Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and support to Treasures Private Client relationship managers
• Assist in the management of client portfolios, including account maintenance, transaction processing, and reporting
• Collaborate with relationship managers to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of client engagement strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Requirements

• Have experience in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Continuous learning mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
