We are seeking a Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) at the Senior Manager level to lead strategic technology relationships with key clients in the Montreal market. This role is responsible for aligning Microsoft technologies to client business priorities, shaping long‑term technology roadmaps, and acting as the primary technology advisor across the client lifecycle.
As an MTAL, you will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to drive value, adoption, and innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary technology relationship owner for assigned client accounts
Partner with clients to understand business priorities and translate them into Microsoft‑led technology strategies and roadmaps
Act as a trusted advisor across Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with account leadership, sales, and delivery teams to shape and support technology‑led growth opportunities
Drive technology governance, architectural alignment, and lifecycle planning across client engagements
Engage directly with Microsoft account teams to align client strategy, roadmaps, and innovation opportunities
Support executive‑level conversations with client stakeholders, including CIO, CTO, and senior business leaders
Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction within client teams and the broader practice

What you bring
Senior‑level experience in technology leadership, consulting, or account leadership roles
Strong depth across the Microsoft technology stack and enterprise architectures
Proven ability to engage in C‑suite and executive‑level discussions
Experience shaping technology strategy, transformation roadmaps, and adoption plans
Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills
Ability to balance client advocacy, delivery excellence, and commercial objectives
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Nice to have
Experience working with clients in the Quebec / Montreal market and the federal and provincial government
Background in a consulting, systems integrator, or Microsoft partner environment
Experience supporting large, complex enterprise accounts
Familiarity with cloud migration, modernization, and AI‑enabled solutions
