Conduct regular coaching of team members to support achievement of personal and company goals.&nbsp; Through these sessions, opportunities for improvement will be identified and action will take place through individualized development plans.</span></span></span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}"><span class="TextRun SCXW209862217 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW209862217 BCX8">2. </span></span></span><strong>Oversee Transaction Processing Operations</strong></p> <p>Responsible for managing and monitoring the activities for:</p> <ul> <li>Accounts Payable</li> <li>Credit &amp; Collections</li> <li>Cash Application/ Cash Posting</li> </ul> <p>Identifies opportunities to streamline processes, improve automation, and enhance operational efficiency. Develops and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and reduce risk. Prepares and analyzes operational metrics and financial reports.&nbsp;Tracks KPIs related to processing accuracy, aging, collections, and productivity. Ensure transactions are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.</p> <p><strong>Accounts Payable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage invoice processing, payment approvals, vendor maintenance, and payment execution.</li> <li>Ensure timely vendor payments and resolution of invoice discrepancies.</li> <li>Maintain strong controls around disbursements and expense management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Credit &amp; Collections</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee customer credit evaluations and ongoing account monitoring.</li> <li>Manage collection strategies to minimize delinquency and bad debt exposure.</li> <li>Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve customer disputes and improve collections performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cash Posting / Cash Application</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate and timely posting of customer payments.</li> <li>Reconcile payment discrepancies and unapplied cash items.</li> <li>Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting teams to support daily cash reporting and reconciliation activities.</li> </ul> <p>3. <strong>Treasury</strong></p> <p>Responsible for overseeing the organization’s treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt administration, and financial risk management.</p> <ul> <li>Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity requirements across the organization.</li> <li>Monitor cash balances and work with FP&amp;A to forecast short-term and long-term cash flow needs.</li> <li>Optimize working capital and ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic activities.</li> <li>Oversee intercompany funding and cash movement activities where applicable.</li> <li>Maintain and manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.</li> <li>Negotiate banking services, fees, credit facilities, and treasury-related agreements.</li> <li>Administer bank accounts, signatories, and online banking platforms.</li> <li>Oversee daily treasury transactions including wire transfers, ACH payments, investments, and debt payments.</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate execution of treasury activities and compliance with company policies.</li> <li>Monitor and maintain treasury controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.</li> </ul> <p>4. <strong>Tax &amp; Audit</strong></p> <p>Leads the quarterly review process and year end audit. Responsible for successful audit with the external auditors. Review of all supporting schedules and working papers to meet audit requirements. Consults and liaises with other departments.&nbsp;Tax Knowledge of corporate income and capital taxes; Conducts and documents any tax research.
